Why Essential Oils?

As a coach, I'm drawn to powerful tools that support clients with substantial change, improving their overall well-being. When I experienced a profound personal transformation using doTERRA's therapeutic grade Essential Oils on myself, I immediately wanted to share them with my clients (ok, and the world)! What are Essential Oils?

They’re naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds that are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. That’s it. Essential oils give plants their distinctive smells, (think of rubbing a peppermint leaf!) are protection, and play a role in plant communication and pollination. In addition to their intrinsic benefits and great smell, they’ve long been used for food, beauty, and health-care practices and can be 50-70 times more powerful than herbs.

My Oil Journey

I was introduced to doTERRA a number of years ago when a generous friend gifted me a kit of cute little bottles that smelled absolutely fantastic. I had no idea what to do with them though, so sadly, they sat on a shelf. Soon after, rock star Lori Lishan serendipitously found her way to this website to work with me as her Coach.
